A question for Nosher or Brunneria: if I am 5.6 (fasting) eating 75g of carbs (veg and fruit), would I be diabetic if I ate normally

Have something like mild pancreatitis left or gall stones somewhere.
Now chicken and egg: what caused the problems, the digestive problems caused the weird non quite diabetic problems or the other way round??? I'm lost!!! Too much fat sets off "pancreatic attacks".....inflammation, etc .
