So having toyed with the idea of lchf I decided that I didn't really trust myself just yet answer I was scared of overeating so I joined weight watchers.
I've chosen to try making my meals lower carb but it gives me an idea of portion sizes etc. A bit of structure is what I need.
In 3 days my fasting bg has gone from 15+ to 7.5 this am! I was previously eating 250gms plus of carbs and these last few days I've been eating 150gms.
I'm feeling very pleased! Once I get used to eating regular portions (having suffered from binge eating disorderhas skewed my idea of 'normal') I'm hoping to go lower carbs higher fat.
