Try whisking up a few eggs and add water to thin it down a little, then cook disks of it in a small omelette pan - I use light olive oil and don't get it overly hot. This makes the wraps.
When you have cooked your bacon take a wrap, lay a rasher on it and roll it up, then take a nice crisp lettuce leaf and lay the rolled up wrap in it, add sauce or seasoning. Better than sandwiches, I think.
You can also use the egg wraps to make sort of noodles - try them with disks of baked cabbage, cut about inch thick slices of cabbage and roast them tender in a low to medium temperature oven with olive oil and black pepper, make the egg discs, pile them up and slice them into strips, cook bacon and slice that, place a slice of cabbage on a warm plate, drop the 'noodles' and bacon strips on top as high as you like.
Yes you need to get yourself diagnosed, but you might as well enjoy the time it might take.
