Update to "Feeling Disheartened" post

Thank you to those who read and responded to my post a few weeks ago when despite doing LCHF for three months and loosing over a stone my HbA1c hadnt reduced...

WELL... the receptionist gave me the wrong reading!!!! It has reduced from 53 to 47 wahooo...

I know it's only the start of my journey but this has massively motivated me to continue

Sometimes receptionists don’t realise the importance of these figures to us. I am lucky here in Scotland as we can access “My Diabetes, my Way”. We just register on line and all our diabetic test results are shown on there.

What a relief! Well done! Can you register to get your results on line? I’ve done that and can see my results for myself a few days after the blood test.
