been using fasting to bring my numbers down
in the hopes of reducing the 2 insulins
and 2 meds(metformin and ozempic)
the insulins were just getting increased with no effects
so i must try something different
the fasting has been successful so far
except the first fasting number
when i get up
its been ending up that i
fast for 21 hours or so
before im hungry enough to eat
and at that time they are around 6 to 7
i havent taken many postmeal measurements
working on that too
and trying to keep the carbs down
