Not the minimum for survival, the minimum for good all round nutrition.

I meant minimum on a Very Low Calorie Diet.

As many folks who do the getting into nutrition route post diagnosis, I have never been as well-nourished as I have been, like, ever as I am now. And that includes during the two VLCDs. My joke being, I would be really healthy if it wasn't for the T2D. (I know - it isn't really funny, but hey!)

Two months, when doing a VLCD seems like a really long time. For sure. But it isn't really in the scheme of things, methinks.

UPDATE

Today nurse came out took bloods checked feet, no response from dr, just dr request bloods taken, where i am confused. When i was told i have diabetic on 8th July, so i thought end September would be bloods taken, as that would be 3 months, nurse didn`t know either, asking nurse about weigh loss she tells me dr says not to worry about it she is severely obese this weight lose will only benefit her, so i requested nurse to put in for bloods to check full blood count for other health issues. So that is where i am now. Do you all feel exhausted after you have bloods taken? I have slept most day today after having bloods taken, and bad headache. I am waiting on test strips to be delivered to check BG every day, worse part living in a very small town have to rely on online shopping. Hope you all had a good day

I’ve never had an issue after blood tests, and I have iron deficiency too, as the amounts are small. Stress of it all maybe or dehydration (not just water but electrolytes of magnesium, potassium too). Or too many carbs does it to me
