Upset stomach...I would welcome your help.

Hi,
I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes 10 years ago and was initially prescribed Metformin which caused me hellish gut problems.
I came off this and had it replaced with Gliclazide 2 per day, and Sitagliptin 1 per day.
My gut health hasn`t been the same since the Metformin nightmare and since coming off it I have still suffered with upset stomachs.
Is anyone aware of Gliclazide and or Sitagliptin causing gut problems?
I would really welcome your feedback.

Hi Mark
I am on 2 Gliclazide a day ( but have only been on it for 10 days).
Taking it with food and so far no problems at all, just wish it would get my BG in the zone!
