HBA1c 7.5
Feeling very low. Taught it would be lower but it has increased .. 6 months before HbA1c was 6.4

I can understand why you would feel fed up.

can you give us an idea what treatment you are on, and your average weekly diet? Do you test your blood sugars or wear a libre?

Maybe someone might spot something which would help.

Not on any medications yet . I check my blood sugar level frequently. Loss my control over diet. I feel kinda hungry most of the times .

One of the advantages of going low carb or keto is that you never have to feel hungry.
Check you are eating enough unprocessed fats and plenty of protein. I when I first started low carb I used to snack on cheese and roast chicken at bedtime if I was still hungry,

It sounds as if you have room to change things then and get a better result in 6 months time. I’d start by reducing the carbs, and increasing protein and fats. Try and think of a weeks worth of meals you like, reduce carbs by swapping out potatoes, rice, pasta. Replace with more veg (whatever veg you like, tossed in butter for extra fat), replace rice with cauliflower rice, many pasta sauces are nice on boiled cauliflower. Use salad if you like it. Steak, gammon and roast meats are good if you can afford it, good quality sausages, bacon, eggs.

pick one or two low carb breakfasts you can make easily. Eggs and cheese are definitely your friends. Have things in the fridge you can snack on when you get hungry. Treat yourself with a few berries, double cream and sugar free jelly, or Greek yoghurt and walnuts for pudding which will also help you stay full for longer.

7.5% is 58.5mmol/mol. Although this is firmly in diabetic territory, it's not that high compared to some of the levels that others start out with, and successfully control by diet. If you already know that your diet has slipped since the last test then hopefully you can go back to lower carb ways.

Rather than being upset, I suggest you use this as a wake up call to drop some carbs. Your meter will tell you whether your body is tolerating the carbs in the meals you eat. Good luck.
