Do you have cream? I would dilute it with water and use it as milk

Yep but that would be my morning coffee gone .... so a walk up the shop would still be needed
I'm not sure about soy milk. I don't think it will be nice. Maybe go to shops now and have a nice meal

Soy milk can curdle when heated, you have to make sure that water from a kettle isn't boiling when you add the soy.

Err what water from what kettle ? ,,,,Bread sauce Mix + Milk = Bread sauce ?? do you make yours differently ?

Worked fine tasted ok , milk would not curdle (agree it is prone to) ,as I add a bit of cold milk to bread sauce mix a bit at a time then heat gently...

Sorry I gave boiling water from kettle as an example of heat. Er not anything specific to do with bread sauce and didn't make it clear, my bad, sorry.

I don't make bread sauce, as MrCeleriac has NCGS and can't eat gluten.
