Are there many on this forum who have been diagnosed prediabetic or T2 late in life and how have you adapted your life style and do you cope with it well
I am elderly and prediabetic I won't say how elderly because age is just a number and I don't feel old. I haven't really had to sucumb to many old age problems yet so it is just the impending T2 at the present time for which I have just changed my diet to something lower carb
We live near two country parks so walking there is mostly what I do with my husband and our dog for exercise my doctor said not to start doing strenuous exercise at my age so she is happy that I am doing the walking. If there are others like me here I would love to hear how you manage
