Useful carb counting book online, but in French!

I've just found this online, I have a paper copy of it and find it far more useful than the Collins book.
Its not that exact but good enough for bolus dosing with a pump. For those who can't read the French it also has some pictures to show the carbs in portions of fruit, chips, potatoes, pizza baguette and typical patisseries.

Another useful phrase is, "Avez-vous des repas pour diabetiques ?" It's amazing what food you get offered when used in a French restaurant....... :lol:
