Having to forswear foods I have loved all my life.
Trying to find low carb meals when eating out.
I'm considering getting a new tablet, and wondering about Apple instead of Android.
Does anyone use an iPad to read a blood glucose monitor?
I have the Abbott Freestyle Freedom Lite.
So far I've only connected it to a PC.
My Windows 7 systems are no longer supported and I might kill two birds with one stone and get a new tablet which will also download data and share it with LibreView. [Or not - see below.]
I do have a Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 laptop but I'm looking for portability when I am away from home.
For that matter, does anyone download to an Android tablet from the meter?
I note from https://pat.libreview.io/articles/min-requirements that LibreView only works with drivers for Windows 8.1 upwards or MacOS X Yosemite so not tablets there, but I was also wondering about just downloading the data to another Abbott application.
I am probably going down a dead end, but it would be nice to know what other people use.
