Using their Loaf?

I live in the south east of Scotland and we can already get oat based bead from local bakers over a 30 mile radius. Also a number of the supermarkets provide oat based bead choices. We use it at home as an alternative to wholemeal/rye/granary.

I suspect that if you can be bothered making porage by mixing he various versions of milled and rolled oats soaked overnight you could calculate the more easily carb content.
