My main symptoms were nausea, vomiting, acid reflux and feeling full up easily. Observations were BGs low then a delayed rush of glucose being dumped into my blood causing hyperglycaemia. You don't necessarily get vomiting.. It can include nausea and reflux...
Thank you for you replys everyone much appreciated i seem to suffer alot of the symptoms of gastroparesis except for the vomiting and also i find even when my sugar is low and i drink a sugary drink it dont seem to go up /takes a long time to go up i dont know if this is because my intestines are full with loads of food this just happend so suddenly with no warning. i will be seing a diabetic specialist on the 27th please pray and wish me luck
I'd add that "Diabetic Stomach" is quite a common problem and avoiding too much variability in your glucose levels and keeping them steady within a "close to normal range" seems to be the best way to manage it effectively. I notice that when I have periods of blood glucose levels that are not as flat as I'd like, my rate of transit is very clearly slower than when I am maintaining a much more steady basis.
