vagus nerve anyone help needed

Hi just want to update I had a sigmoidoscopy and ultra sound they said everything looks fine I still dont under whats wrong with me mybstomach is still not functioning earlier today my sugat droped to 3.8 I drank half glass lemonade and my sugar and ate a slice of roast took over 20 mins to raise a little and 1hour later it went to 6.0 :(

From what I understand if the stomach is functioning at the time of test, it can be hard get a diagnoses. Some people go through several tests before it's spotted.
