Type 2 Varying reasons for high fasting glucose explained.... (Missing article)

Hi everyone;
Can someone help me find an article or tread regarding high fasting glucose readings on the Diabetes Community here.. I found a very interesting article on this subject the other day, but was disturbed and now I can't find it back. The article explained 3 different reasons for high fasting blood glucose readings. One was the Dawn phenomenon, another reason was described by a Japanese scientist, (Named Sogo...??, something) and the third reason I can't remember. The article explained the three phenomena and also gave tips on how to avoid them. Very interesting and very stupid of me not to take a note of the address.

Somogyi effect is very high fasting blood glucose thought to be caused by the liver making a lot of excess glucose in response to hypoglycemia (low blood glucose) during the night. Somogyi effect is uncommon in type 2 diabetes. There's controversy as to whether it even exists with the rapid- and long-acting insulins available today.

Thanks. Not the same but interesting indeed.
 
Third seems to be Waining Insulin but I cannot find the best way to avoid them, yet. ;-)
