Vat exemption

I do not think you would be justified in trying to purchase a foot circulation machine VAT-free. Beneficial as those machines can be for circulation (I have one), they can also be used with people who do not have diabetes. The only equipment I have bought VAT-free are Libre Sensors, before I was given them on prespection.
