I had a look at the 16:8 intermittent fasting threads and ran screaming. Will go back to my eating curfew for a while and ease myself in. 7pm curfew works out at 14:10 (It's a thing. I read it on another thread, honest)
Thanks, this is something I might consider later. I am still doing my "double cream free January" thing. So far so good.I do a 'gentler' version of the 16:8 Avocado - I have a couple of coffees with cream to keep me functioning/human & it still made a difference to my BG
Did a 20:4 a couple of days ago - that was tough - but I love an experiment (or exercise in self flagellation!?) so I'm trying it again today.
B: coffee/cream
L: coffee/cream
D:Coconut/psyllium flatbread with avocado/tempeh bacon/asparagus/mayo

I forgot about okonomiyaki I loved it there is a egg free one that I made and my husband enjoyed! B: coffee/cream
L: 3 x small low carb okonomiyaki - recipe experiment (posted the recipe in the veg recipe thread for anyone interested)
