Hi Charlotte (who sent confirmation email)


I applied for this meter (verio iq one touch) through diabetes.co.uk on 26th may 2015 and have yet to hear back from anyone re my application?? I have recently lost the use of my 2nd testing kit, and I have used 2kits simultaneously for many years!
Could you please confirm I can have one of these so I can add the testing strips to my prescription list.... Would appreciate a response at your soonest convenience.

Has anyone else has similar problems ie no response when applying for one of these free testing kits??

The problem I have at the moment is that I received an email saying I possibly qualify for one of these and would be contacted again to confirm......

This hasn't happened and I need to know wether I will get it? or just to leave it and purchase one instead
How long before I know/or they contact me??? I don't mind waiting as long as I know it's coming!
