Frozen peas work as they impact the small area of the verruca and they are much much neater and easier to apply without impacting the skin around the wart. A pair of plastic tweezers is probably the best way to hold them.
ThankyouYet both my consultant and the chemist said I would be ok. Suppose it depends on the general health of your feet. Used it under my foot some years ago with success. However, I have one on the end of my toe at the moment and found it too sensitive. So have decided to cover and let it grow out. Which apparently they do in the end.

I did it when taking things out of the freezer and then putting them back in - two or three times a day.
I think it is the shock of the cold which makes the capillaries close up and the wart dies off without the surrounding skin being damaged.
