slimming world night
normally i look forward to going but this week was just pure dread not because of weigh in but because my consultant since december 2015 said his good byes to the group (hes my son but has been my security blanket)
the social team made a collection for him and got him a gift, we are going for a meal in september with him (social team paying for his meal)
i managed to hold it together during group where as the last few weeks ive had to leave the room in tears
the social team got up at the end and gave him his gift and cards and i also got him a perosnal gift from me as his mum not a member, it was a small plaque which read .....

i thought the wording was very good as ive not been the easiest member with having thyroid troubles and diabetes
also got him a lucky sicpence
i was hoping to get my 4 stone award on his last night but didnt quite get it but i did lose 2 1/2 lb and got slimmer of the week
total weight loss since being diagnose type 2 is 3 stone 13 lbs
