Very happy with LCHF but my cholesterol has shot up.

The only problem, she said, was coming back and trying to educate the diabetes nurse who was having none of it and argued the toss till she was blue in the face, and only came round to the idea when she went on the same seminar herself.</p></blockquote><p></p>
