You would have to try it and test. It appears to have 14.6g carbs per 100g so more than the Lidl rolls, but only 3.8g per slice. So it will depend how many slices you have - they do look very small.

Ok will report back on that...I stashed one in my freezer but havent got round to it. Agree the slices look small but two will prob be enough for me. Starting my meter today.

You might want to try hi lo bread too - slightly higher carbs than liv life or lidl rolls at 5g per slice , but much much nicer imho

From experience I discovered that yam is very high in carbs. Jan 9, 2018 my fbg 5.5 whereas 2hrs later bg rose to 12.4.
