Very high during night and had lots of nightmares

Had a really bad night constantly waking up from nightmares so About 3 I tested my blood and it was 23.3! I don't know why but I've had a banging headache, constantly peeing and drinking all night.
Just wondering if any one else has had really vivid nightmares when they have been hyper?
 
Have a look at what you ate for your evening meal last night, and any snacks afterwards.
Food diaries are important so that this type of scenario can be double checked.
 
With bg levels so high it's no wonder you had a disturbed sleep Charlotte.

If last night was just a one-off then just put it down to a bad experience, if your bg levels are regularly reaching these levels then you need to speak with your DSN about adjusting your insulin doses, I've never used Humalog mix 25 before so can't advise.
