very high readings

On Saturday, I had a sickness bug, feeling very tired and being sick. (My husband had same the previous day) We are both recovering but I haven't had any appetite, apart from cups of tea and rich tea biscuit. Last night I had a poached egg. I am taking all my insulin and Mets as normal. However, my readings are very high, 21.6 just now.

Will it right itself?
 
Illness will often push up your glucose levels @lynbrown . Has your GP or Endo' given you any guidance on sick day rules for insulin use ? (I'm guessing not.)
