If you have just started low carb there is a brief transient high triglyceride spike as you shift over to metabolising primarily fat. It's possible your test caught this spike.
In the low carb steady state you may also have slightly elevated trigs but nothing to worry about. And HDL will be up, LDL down, VLDL (if measured) way down. Less bad guys and more good guys.
