very interesting website.

Hi. I have just found a very interesting website on HFLC eating it called (CARB- LOADING A CULTURE DYING TO EAT) very interesting.
 
For future reference on a pc - and I'm sure it works with Apples too ;) highlight the url, i.e. the web address at the top of your browser, the bit that says http://www. or whatever. You can do this by triple clicking. Then put the mouse cursor on the highlighted bit, right click and select copy, then simply paste into your reply/message and add a space. All done. :)

Hi. Thanks for that but I'm on apple Ipad how do I do it on that? Highlight etc
 
Actually, I think you just hold your finger on the web address (url) then move the "handles" or maybe there is a menu option at the top to select all?Then just choose copy from the menu option at the top. In the reply, press and then select paste. I use an android tab and to be honest copying and pasting is a right pain. It is probably just as bad on an ipad.

Put your finger on the browser bit. Wait a second or 2. It will go a darker grey. Put your finger on it again and press copy. Click on where you want it copied to. Click again and select paste.
