Anyone else had bad readings with their b12 blood test whilst taking Metformin? What next ? I have 6 injections over the next 2 weeks to replace b12. Then a Dr appointment to review my Metformin medication. Will the Dr change it to insulin injections ? I take 4 tablets a day of Metformin. I am recovering from a total knee replacement surgery. I may have lost blood in the operation ....and not able to replace it with a low B12 count. Thanks Brian
