Thank you.i think courgette, cauliflower, aubergine, green beans of any kind, mushrooms, green cabbage, karela, palak(spinach) , other greens(methi etc) are all fine. Key always is eating and checking how your blood sugars are after two hours
Hi, both are over 40% (more like 70%) carbohydrate so I would not eat them as I control my diabetes by diet alone (no medication). If you were going to eat them I would suggest testing before and after to see how they spike your glucose levelsApart from wheat, are grains like millet and barley good for you? Are they LCH?
