Viable Indian Veggies On Lchf Diet

i think courgette, cauliflower, aubergine, green beans of any kind, mushrooms, green cabbage, karela, palak(spinach) , other greens(methi etc) are all fine. Key always is eating and checking how your blood sugars are after two hours

Welcome to the forum @Podifly. I don't know any specifically Indian vegetables, but the rule of thumb for vegetables generally is that most of those grown above ground are low in carbs, and those that grow below ground, particularly starchy tubers like potatoes are high in carbs.

Apart from wheat, are grains like millet and barley good for you? Are they LCH?
Hi, both are over 40% (more like 70%) carbohydrate so I would not eat them as I control my diabetes by diet alone (no medication). If you were going to eat them I would suggest testing before and after to see how they spike your glucose levels
