Hi....I'm on 1.2 Victoza plus supposedly 2x80mg Gliclazide. Unfortunately the bowel problems are horrendous and it seems to be the gliclazide that starts it off. The Victoza on its own is fine but my levels range from about 6 in the morning to around 9 in the evening. Does anyone else have similar problems?
Any advice much appreciated.

Hi
I have diabetic for over 10 yrs now and it just seems to get worse the older I get I am taking insulin three times a day in the morning my bloods are any were from 8.4 to 26.7 this varies day to day I have always had high bloods at all times of day when checking them I am not doing anything unusual to cause these to be high I take Novorapid three times a day 42 x3 at night I take lantus solostar 50over night... I wish I was free of all of this but cannot get bloods regularl if I do go under 7 I start to have hypos. I read others on here and wish I was as good as them for just a few days what I would give... Oh and yes I attend doctors and nurses through out years but I think some of these are not knowledge in this. So if anyone has ideas for me I am willing to take everything on board.
