You have to be very careful of your wording if you personally believe that someone might be better off altering their medication.
 
I wish someone had warned me about Pioglitizone and Avandia which I was on when I had my strokes. I wish I had listened more about the problems of MRI scans with contrast dye before my kidneys discovered it for real. I like to make informed decisions.
