Would like some views on my new diet and some guidance if possible. My diet used to look something like this:
Morning: 3 weetabix,1 banana,handful of blueberries-8 units novorapid
lunch 2 wholemeal pittabreads with tuna and small salad,1apple-12-15 units novorapid
evening: omlette with rice and salad, 1 apple-15-20 units novorapid
evening: 30 units lanctus
evening: 3 weetabix if exercised- no insulin
It now looks like this:
Morning: all bran and blueberries, 1 apple-6 units novorapid
lunch: wholewheat pasta, tuna and prawn mixed with quark, peppers and spring onions,1pear-10 units novorapid
4 mile run
evening: 2x pork chops with mixed veg, nil fat yoghurt with strawberries, blueberries and plum-8 units novorapid
evening: 25 units lanctus
Im trying to lose about a stone and feel that my diet was the main problem. Does this diet look better?
