Virus and BS gone up

Since yesterday I''ve had a sore throat and feeling wiped out, and my bs was 7.4 this morning, and the same 2 hrs later (it was 5.3 yesterday). I did have some sugar free throat sweets last night (Halls), but could they have caused the rise?

its not the halls but the virus its self that has done it, even a simple cold can raise your bs. sorry but until it clears up bs is likely to stay raised.
