I sulked for a whole day when I discovered my kids had raided the fridge and scoffed all my mini peperami snacks!

I think I feel as though there is so little i can eat now, especially as i am losing weight too so have to watch my quantity, that I feel a bit odd about food. sort of threatened if that makes sense?
maybe it will get easier when I dont have to count calories too.

The thing is - I KNOW i am getting the nourishment I need from reducing carbs. I an not feeling tummy hungry. But I am struggling with feeling visually hungry. I see my plate with some cheese and a bit of salad, and my mind feels cheated. I didnt used to stuff myself, but I miss my bread rolls or jacket potato with my protein and fats.
I used to have an eating disorder, so need to get my head round this feeling of deprivation asap.
Any ideas?

just the thing for this Summer. I think I have got into the idea of Summer=salad, but soups sound good.
I am allergic to almonds, but everything else people have suggested sound do-able.
Is Bovril good/ok? That smells good and tastes good.
This is a trick that I myself use and do...hanadr said:Try making your food a "pretty" as possible. It might help how you feel about it
