- An awful lot.
I know l was going to come down but thankfully l am down to 116 from 154 on my vitamin D reading. I am due another Vit D test in 3 months l forgot to ask for a liver function to see that's settling down now that Vit D is dropping will do that when l am due my Vit D. I told him last time that the vet said unless l was 3x the range l shouldn't worry he agreed said normal is very subjective, know what they mean by that but told him and vet friend even knowing logic l am still a worrier.
The Dr said go sit outside more l am not giving you any more vit D supplements followed by a kind of sad/sarcastic smile and "l wish we lived in a better world where we could sit outside any time without work being in the way" l actually like him he is an older dr doesn't hassle and is very sensible not looking forward to when he retires.
(l wont need supplements for l hope a long time but will be monitored)
