How much and how often do you guys take B1. I am thinking that 2 lots of 100 mg per day (not to be taken with coffee). Note that people with Parkinson's have taken up to 4 grams(!) per day with only beneficial effects.
If you are keeping your sugars under control, have a CGM , exercise well and are on a LCHF diet then you will probably be ok without this. For everyone else....
