Apparently these guys

accept patients from the UK

I'm not sure their data privacy policy would satisfy me. I asked them specifically what US legislation protected data about me and did not get a satisfactory response from them.

Hello everyone, Well, I'm 2 months in and I confirm without doubt that taking 2,000 IU (international units) per day has done wonders for me. My wife is heavily involved with a dance school for young girls 4-16 and, as you can imagine, it's a breeding ground for colds, infections, flu and all sorts of bugs. Through December and February she caught infections, colds bugs all sorts and our little one was bringing home all sorts of bugs from school too. But not me, I've had nor caught anything at all and prior to me taking D3 it was a given that all these infections would be passed on to me. So as far as infections I share 100% success rate with you.

I feel brighter in myself, the close family have commented I seem happier and the bad & gloomy weather has brought us all down hasn't it, again not I. I've just ordered another 2 bottles on Amazon so they've lasted abouth 2.5 months and the price has dropped to £6 a bottle. I buy the Doctors Best brand - 1,000IU strength. I started off with 1,000 in the morning before breakfast and 1,000IU just before dinner. They kicked in, as far as mood boost goes, in less than a week but the research I did said that the spool up time can be around 2 months so be patient. After a few weeks I went up to 2,000 IU in the morning and 1,000 IU before dinner, this level has worked for me, but I'd add that the RDA is 600-800 IU per day.

Yes the theory is that we should get all the nutrients we need from our food but we don't, do we. Everyone I know seems stressed about life, jobs kids, money or relationships or something and D3 isn't a vitamin it's a hormone so the bottom line shows itself for real in the global research on vitamin D in that 1 billion of us on the planet are deficient, so why rattle on about mother natures claims that we get all our nutrients from our food, we just don't so these, and the other reasons I've shared, are the reasons why I think you should try vitamin D3 supplements and for £6 every three months with no extra for post & packing where's the argument here. I've persuaded my wife to take the same supplements as myself which is Vitamin D3 and magnesium with added B6 there all on Amazon which is the safest way to buy I think.

I hope this post helps you decide, kind wishes, Q

PS: I don't work for Amazon..
