Vitrectomy aftermath

Post vitrectomy, has anyone had any issues with their eyelid sitting lower than the other eye?
I was told it could be a side effect, but left eye was fine.. right eye, isn't.
It's not major but wondering if it's likely to go back to normal at some point or am I wonky for life lol!

I've only had the op in one eye @victoria21 , didn't experience the eye lid issue and everything was fine apart from the eye being dry (but the Lacri-lube helped matters).

If the Ophthalmology team have said it's just a side-effect of the op then that's would it will be, hopefully in time the eye will return to normal. Good luck anyway.

The eyelid drooping (ptosis) may take up to 6 months to resolve but surgery is available if it doesn't improve.
