People say I am losing to mutch waight,it's hard because u have to watch what u eat all the time ,any tips to put a bit of waight on people??

Hi. You need to provide a lot more information for us to help. How old are you? Are you a diagnosed diabetic and what was your last Hba1C reading or if you haven't had one yet what was your last blood test in any form? Are you on a low-carb diet? If you are young and have diabetes it could be late onset T1 which often causes weight loss as the body hasn't enough insulin to use the carb calorie intake; there could be many other causes of weight loss however so you may need to see your GP.

I agree with Dai, without you current weight, height and diet it's hard to give any kind of meaningful advice. I lost a lot of weight in a very short space of time, but then it slowed, and is now going at around 1-2lbs a week. I only have around 19-20lbs to lose to be at my goal weight, so maybe I can help, but only with a fair bit more information about you.

Danbuzz is a type 1, obviously on insulin. Because of that, can't help much I'm afraid; you probably need some type 1 advice. Personally, as a T2 on diet only, I eat lots of nuts to help keep the weight up. Would that help?

Dan,
Your profile shows you are a T1 and haven't been diagnosed for very long. Like most of us you may have lost weight before diagnosis. It takes time to put it back on and if your blood glucose levels are still on the high side then you may still be losing weight.
Yes we have to watch what we eat and take the right amount of insulin for it, but that doesn't mean we have to eat too few calories and lose weight.
The previous posters are correct that we need more info to help ,
My questions would be about your glucose levels , what do mean by watching what you eat and what type (s) of insulin are you using.
