Hi,

I've just received a letter from my doctors - re my hba1c and to make an appointment re results

Reading so much in the Internet the diabetes etc. Thought I was very well obviously not - illness?

Put it out of your head until you know. It could be that you're only pre-diabetic and that is reversible. It could be that you're diabetic and well, you're in the right place if you are. I don't think I could've gotten through these last few months without the help of people on here. It is a godsend.

You will get A LOT of conflicting information on the internet but all the information you need is here. Don't be afraid to ask the questions you want to ask. Hugs to you. Don't worry, you will get your head around it.
