Waking up

Type 2 tablet form.
When i wake in a morning why do I feel rough, worn out and feel aches and pain's. My sugars are between 6.1 - 7.2. When I go to bed, sleep all night, When I wake I have to sit for upto 2 hour's for my body to feel a little better. This is affecting my life style.

Hi @Jayne.H. and welcome to the forum. I wonder whether it might be worth wearing a CGM to see what happens to your blood sugars overnight? High blood sugars overnight maybe making you feel rough in the morning. However don’t forget diabetes may not be the cause of this, so it might be worth consulting your doctor to see if this is something else.
