AndBreathe - yes in the morning before and after a meal and late evening. Blood pressure and meds was given. They would wake you up for it. Was glad to get some rest at home lol

Yes always have 2 x 1 litre bottles with me and have plenty in the fridge. I sip on water every day and have the odd cup of coffee.

Cheers Marilyn I think it's my bs levels I sleep ok but must admit today I have felt ok
