Walnuts

85% chocolate. Cheddar. Gherkins. At different times, obviously. I love apples too but they’re out
 
I try not to snack but when I do its either cheese or high percentage chocolate.
 
Cheese, chocolate (85% or higher, usually Lindt, sometimes LaBooka), cold cuts, nuts (wal- and others ;) ) and sometimes a teaspoon or two of hummus. (I agree, it's not low carb, but it's too little to mess up the keto, so yay.)
 
I'm also trying not to snack but have made some lemon coconut fat bombs (used an online recipe but omitted sweetener) and I'll have one for dessert - I'm also thinking if I can't resist having a snack they'll be useful to help keep fat content at the right level.

I love the texture and taste, so I think these are a winner for me.
