PS: sorry for the poor English

Hi Welcome

Im sorry i dont drink alcohol so i have little knowledge but i have read that whisky is a better choice than beer although id suggest limiting your consumption, have a read of the forum, there is plenty to learn, best of luck!

and your english is just fine :) better than mine and im english

Hi! Whiskey out of the two of them is better than beer as it contains FAR less carbohydrates so will not raise your blood sugar levels up-in fact-it may lower your levels so please do be careful, especially if you are on certain medications for your diabetes.

Your blood sugar is very high. You need orthodox treatment for it, and soon.

I recommend that you don't eat too much wheat.

Eat rye instead - but not too much in one go.

Get your treatment and diet sorted. Then you can think about the alcohol.

I think your command of English is better than that of many Brits, actually.

Hi and welcome. Be careful with the carrots as they are quite high carb. You can have some alcohol in small quantities. Also, be a little careful with the ayurvedic medicine. My sister follows it in the UK. Some of it is very good but I'm afraid some of it simply isn't so ensure you know what you are taking and why. Like any medicine look for the science behind it.

Hello,
For a diabetic patient alcohol is strictly abandon and the other part that eating raw veggies is good...

Well done Pawan, your arrival at this forum will help you very much.
:joyful:

can i use honey as a sweetener instead of artificial sweeteners like sugar free or spelnda? and one more question that is chewing tobacco related to the diabetes problems ?
