** Warning on Butter Ghee

It is simple to make.... like others mentioned use butter and heat it... till it bubbles and clears up... low slow heat... i am not sure about the 6 hours.. we do it much shorter time....

It's in my slow cooker I just shove it in and forget about it till I've got time to do it - have left it longer and for less - it does take a while for all the water to evaporate though so you're left with pure ghee
