I have developed a small wart on my finger (looks like a cauliflower: apparently a Periungual warts). I know we are not meant to use Scholl treatments. Any suggestions a to what I should do? It doesn’t hurt but I don’t want to pass it on. My GP is rubbish (impossible to get an appointment and advice on diabetes isn’t right : eat carbs etc). Don’t have neuropathy but don’t want to cause myself problems. Grateful for your device. Thank you.

How about a visit to a chemist and ask the pharmacist what they suggest?
Thank you. They suggested the scholls pen but I thought diabetics aren’t supposed to use them. Just wondered if anyone else had experienced this and knew what to do. No worries.

I can understand not using them on feet, due to possible peripheral neuropathy or peripheral vascular disease. Still best follow their advice. Would it be easier to get an appt. with a nurse at your surgery?
