Hello, I'm a first timer. But first need to say that I'm no longer diabetic. Been free from diabetes going on 7 months now and its a new world i had diabetes for 37yrs and would like to help and share my stories with others and maybe l can help.

Welcome to the forum. Being diabetic since you were 13 would suggest you were type I?

What has happened in your life to turn that around?
