I had a piece of my wife's chocolate cake a few weeks ago, I was 4 something before and 9 something after 1 hour hehe, it wasn't even that nice 2 hours was much lower I can't remember exact numbers but I'd say at 1 hour you would prolly been higher
Edit: I've made low carb cupcakes before they are terrific, look up a recipe, I bet you'll love em as much without the spike
