That's useful but I find the video a long winded way to tell me
- peel and remove seed
- chop
- lay out on a tray
- coat with lemon or lime juice
- freeze
- once frozen, remove from tray and bag

Any idea how to use? Do you have to fully defrost naturally, can you use a microwave?
Is the texture the same as when used from fresh or is it watery?

I've frozen and used avocado- it doesn't in my option hold up well to eat in it's natural state but fine for guacamole, curries, and mashed up for low carb toast (yes I know I said toast but hey ho hehehe) Also if you make low carb green smoothie it's good from frozen for that. I defrost it for other things, not watery but a bit musher than when you froze it.

Good for chocolate mousse type pudding and low carb cakes that use avocado too

Ooh just remembered made a lovely instant icecream with it in the summer - fresh cream a drizzle of olive oil and frozen avocado blitzed up, very soft but very nice :)
